WP1 – Climate, Lifestyles & Technological transitions
Work Package leads: PIK (Lifestyles) UEA (Climate) OGUT (Technological transitions)
The Lifestyles & Technological Transitions work-package has the objective of characterising growth and development patterns of European member states. The development patterns will be statistically linked to changes in the lifestyles across sectors and used to quantify potential scenarios informing the lifestyle-lever definition for the EU calculator model. The work-package will provide a clear understanding of how technology might shape the global economy and society over the coming decades. Focusing on the currently in-use technologies, the work-package systematically assess and evaluate future technological development in the European Union and its member states, covering the whole dynamics and circumstances at defined stages of the innovation process.
